I have a local guy wanting to sell me his socom 16 with 4 mags for $1100. It's a rifle I really want to add to my collection, and I think it's a very fair price as it has less than 200 rounds through it, problem is I have a strict budget of $1000. What would you do?

If he won't accept $100 less i'd go start collecting beer cans, you won't come across a deal that good for quite a while, if at all
