What do you think of this item? Looks super cool to me! I did a forum search and didn't find a post on it....So, if it's been discussed...I missed it.

If I had the money YES!!!! That's so cool! My dad got a 32 round mag for his 226 it would go perfectly with that!

I think you're still shooting through a short barrel.

If you don't install a stock or a fore grip you should be ok.

its very different. i think it would be a lot of fun, i cant see it having any practical advantage. if i needed that i would just grab my AR. still looks like fun to plink with though

It would be a super home defensive accessory. Slide your 226, 229, or other SIG and slap 3 flashlights on the sides and LIGHT IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!! On the other hand, without a foregrip or buttstock it is just added weight with the option to add more weight. I think for the cost of buying the platform, a buttstock, and the tax stamp to use them together, I would rather buy another carbine... Would make a light and tight package for LEOs and military but without the potency of a carbine or rifle caliber cartridge...

G-20, 9 X 25 6" conversion barrel, ACP-LE. Woo Hoo! That would be a hoot!

Looks like an expensive way to make your pistol into a heavy and bulky pistol.

Or an expensive toy with better hit probability with the stock, once you did all the paperwork and registered your pistol as an SBR. No ballistic gain though for the trouble and money.

My Sigs are to pretty to jam them into something like that. Then again I have thought of getting one of those for my Glock. I could run it over and kick it down the stairs and it wouldn't hurt my feelings.
