Default Norinco M14
Hey guys I was wondering what your thought are on this rifle? I hear they got soft bolts or something but still good rifle? Are they known to having other issues? Etc... Also is it safe to fire low grain 308 rounds in it when 7.62x51 is hard to get we only have 1 brand that sell in the 7.62x51. But a lot of guys say low grain 308 is fine.

I would highly recommend the Schuster adjustable gas nut. It will allow you to safely shoot commercial ammo through the rifle.

I hear very good things about Norincos firearms, all but one... The M14, I've heard quite a bit of bad, I have no experience with one, just hearsay.



Also, if it is marked 7.62 NATO, it isn't safe to fire 308. 308 will fire 7.62 but not vice versa. The chambers are different.
