.308 deserves a 4x or better scope. A red dot, depending upon size of dot, will cover most of the deer at 200 yards which means you won't be able to aim as well as the rifle can shoot unless it's a complete dog.
If you hunt in heavy timber with no chance of a long shot any of those red-dots you listed would be fine. If you're just farting around on the range, get whichever one you like best.
