Doc, again another neat project. turned out very nice. i like how you kept the wood stock and if you wanted to put it back totally stock, you can very easily. the cheekpiece, very inventive and seems practical. good job!

Solid work. Love to see work like this on a SOCOM version. Would be interesting with the rails n what not.

Thanks for all the compliments guys! I'm really pleased with the finished product, but learned a bit for "next time." I've already ordered a kit to do my Mossberg 930SPX in urban camo digital.

Sadly my girlfriend hates the M1A paint job, haha. she is all about aesthetics and it was her favorite gun because of how pretty it was. She threatened me "I'll never shoot it again" and my response was just "okay, thats fine." haha

No more of this:



I forgot to mention...I added a little bit of extra gray to it the following day to help break up the large tan areas. My buddy let me borrow his M2 Bipod for the pic...i now need to get one of my own hahaha.
