i need help with m-14 rear sight. can anyone explain to me what the letters Wc E mean?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but most sights i have dealt with (mostly m16/ ar-15)
Have an Elevation adjustment and a Windage adjustment.

WCE sights were made by Wilco Electric Company, however there are reports of some Chinese parts being marked "WCE", as well.

Wilco Electric was a USGI parts contractor/supplier.
