Thanks Robert! I don't hunt. I'm not much of a shot. Mostly for fun and just possibly doomsday, but I like to tell myself that wont happen! Anyway, for me it's too late. Check out my C-93 review in the Range Report...

I've got a Russian SKS

Put it in a poly stock and droped the fixed max for high cap detachables the day i bought it 14 years ago.

The only FTF's I've had is with 1 extended 40 rnd mag. The steel 20rnd & 30 rnd mags feed flawlessly.

Oh yeah, and i paid $75.00 for it. Army buddy was getting a divorce and needed the cash, but again, that was 14 years ago.

I remember when you could get a case, yes I said a case of Soviet SKS's for around $100. No one was famliar with them and no one wanted them.
I have a Norinco and a Yugo SKS that I like to shoot but they do not compare to my Cetme or FAL. I am saving up to get a DPMS .308 or a Springfield M1A. Not sure what i will get yet. Maybe both!

Glad to see your c93 is working out. After a few hundreds round be sure to check the headspace, as some of the Century builds had issues
