Default IDF Tavor TAR-21

Did anyone else read about this rifle in the most recent American Rifleman magazine? I was wondering if anyone had any real experience with one, looks pretty cool and if the IDF uses it then I'm sure it's been tested to be quite good but a real world review would be appreciated.

I've pulled the trigger on one but I wouldn't say I am "experienced" with it. Ergonomics felt good but to me if I was going to buy a bullpup style rifle I'd get FN's F2000.

The LGS had them below list so I picked one up. I got the FDE 16" with a rail. It is very easy to disassemble and clean. I get about 2 MOA with milsurp ammo. It is a little unusual having all the weight at the shoulder, making the barrel light enough to feel like you can hold it up all day. There is an interesting way to brace the front of the handguard against your forearm while gripping the rifle foregrip that makes it feel very much like firing from a supported position.
A+ on everything, but I am still getting used to the trigger. The polymer stock does seem mar fairly easily, but that does not affect function in any way.

Thanks for the input. I'll be adding it to my wishlist.... a large list growing larger

After reading the last issue of A.R. the Tavor moved up to the top of my wish list!

Here is a pic.
The LGS had them $1800.00
The FDE ACOG added a bit to the price. A very good match for the rifle.

I picked this one up last month.

Its a Hoot to Shoot. I've tried just about every Milsurp/factory & wolf ammo in it and it hasn't missed a beat. I have not yet selected any optic's for it, but @ 75 yds, I can consistently hit a 12" plate.
