Hi point 995ts carbine
I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on one of these. I'm thinking about getting one just cuz there cheap and cheap to shoot.
I do. Not bad for the money, but it's nothing to brag about. Accuracy is surprisingly good up to about 50 yds. Clips from the 9mm hi point pistols fit it too.
I have an old 995. Great little carbine. bad part is the Magazines. Only 10 rounds.
Yeah thats the only bad thing I've heard about it
I've seen 15 rounders but can't remember manufacturer. Maybe saw them at cheaper than dirt.
ProMag makes 15 round. I've had issues w/ some of their mags in other firearms. I'd rather have 10 go bang the a jam w/ 15.
I just ordered one of these and I can't wait to get it. I think it's great that it takes 9mm rounds. I have heard only good things about them even when compared to larger Carbines.
Where did ya get it and what did ya pay for it ? I got my eye on one at an up cumming auction but there's no guarantee Im gona be walkin out with it.
I just ordered it Thursday from Sun State Guns and Ammo down in Fla. I paid $249.00 brand new plus $35.00 shipping to the FFL. The FFL is charging $60.00 (including the background check). I also bought 3 additional clips for $17.00 each. So that's a total of $395 all fees included. I looked high and low and this is the only vendor I found anywhere who had one. I was also looking for a Kel Tec Sub 2000 with the Glock 19 set up... Those are absolutely no where to be found right now.

I hear that the Pro Mag 15 rd mags that are problematic are the A1 models . Pro Mag has since released a A3 model that has been completely debugged. If you pick one up make sure the description in the spec says model A3.
