Default Fun/cheap 308??? Any suggestions?

I have about 650$ and I am looking at buying a fun semi-auto .308 I really really like the FAL look but they are a little bit out of my price range. I also really like the ar-10 could I get some suggestions on guns like these please?

All I can say is maybe the mini14.... If you want an ar10 you better save another 500 at least

The only one I can think of is a Saiga in .308. You can get one for that price and have some left over for ammo.

Check out cetme. Last time I looked they were in that range. Iirc they are designed much like an hk 91. German gunmakers went to Spain because of the terms of surrender.

I agree with a saiga in. 308. They seem like good rifles from all I have read on them
