It depends on what you classify as cheap. To some ppl $1500 would be cheap.

That's a pretty good question there lol. It looks like i was beat to the punch. But you can also try gunbroker dot com. Not sure if its allowed to put links. I know Redstone Arsenal just opened up and I'm not quite sure if these are everyday prices but the 223 they have is $1075. That being said if you have any military affiliation I'm sure they wouldn't mind helping you get some of those tax free deals. But I'm not 100% sure how the process would work. Wish I could be of more assistance.
