I live in ma and have 4 pre ban 30 ro unders but no pre ban rifle ....... so can I use them??? I'm having a little trouble clarifying
No, according to the awb preban "hi cap" mags can only be used in pre ban guns, but everyone does it and you'll be fine, you're safe Ted Kennedy cant hurt you no more

Here in California you cannot insert a pre-ban mag into a post-ban firearm. You cannot even insert them into a pre-ban rifle if you did not own that rifle pre-ban (and you cannot legally purchase or import a pre-ban gun into the state).
I use mine to store ammo in. In the safe. Next to my post-ban rifle. The two shall never be mated. Honest. Never. It would be illegal to do so.

you can do anything you want. just dont do it when you since the law or any other kind of pork products LOL. i use my 33rd mag in my glock all the time. and my sks always has a pro mag 30rd mag in it. and its the norinco sporter. not even legal. but i just transport it in pieces in "case" i get pulled over. but if your just smart and safe. your all good. people who get caught prolly deserve it in my opinion. be smart and safe
On a slightly related mark, I always go up to the "Biggest Little Gunshow" in Potsdam New York. It's kind of a family tradition, even though the drive from TN sucks. Anyways, this year there was a guy selling 30 round AK mags and some nice pamphlets protesting the safe act. I don't now if he got busted, but it was a nice gesture of civil disobedience, after all it is a civil rights issue at the core.
