Looks and feels good but I can't pay that for a ak personally I'd rather but two Romanian aks for that price! But that's just me the gun shop guys spoke really highly of this one.

That's actually a good price for the Russian folding stock version.

Left charging handle can be converted by rifle dynamics. They are here in Las Vegas. Same as Arsenal Inc, manufacturer of my AK.

Yeah it's a great feeling gun with a decent trigger. I just don't feel right about spending that much on any ak.

Default Question

What does "converted" refer to?

In a way I agree, but the biggest reason that AKs are cheap is the fit, finish and build quality. I guarantee you wont get better fit and finish out of an AK.

I mean they are made in Izhevsk, Russia, the same plant that has built the AKs for the Russian military since the beginning. You don't get any better.

I'm not sure I would pay that much either but for the model with the Russian military made folding stock, I would definitely consider it.

Saigas come in a 'sporting' configuration, with a stock like a hunting rifle. Converted means fitted with a pistol grip and buttstock.

i bought a saiga .223 caliber 2 weeks ago and i love it. i'll post before and after pics, but have to do so w/ my phone. i paid $378 for it from buds w/ free shipping. i then put about $150 into it to "convert" it. i have no plans to move the trigger assembly forward cause i'm 6'2" with long arms and i really enjoy where it is. if your looking for any info i can share what i know, just shoot me a pm.

I know that 10 parts have to be replaced in order to be 922r compliant. What's the easiest way to achieve this?
