Dalphon actually got one working, but they were long on promises and short on delivery. I think they went bankrupt.
Basically, it is not rocket surgery. You need to get a top end that will fit on the lower and can use the fire control group. It's a matter of geometry, since the belt feed mechanism is independent of the lower receiver.
