Every DPMS .308 I've ever seen has that big a$$ grip on it.

Looking much better! The vertical foregrip and the sniper main just looked weird together...

I'm thinking I might like to go with a 20" barrel after the first of the year . Would really like to make this a good 800 yard gun and I'm not sure the 16" barrel is up to it. Anyone else have a 16" barrel that would like to put forth some info . Looking at the rainier arms ultra match barrels

I went to a custom turned 26" .308 varmit barrel on mine. She's a heavy bitch to carry, but very accurate. Used her for stand hunting hogs overlooking a field water trough, 325 yard to close end of field, 900 to far tree line. She can make any shot needed... Much too heavy for a carry hunt, ~16 lbs.

Been thinking about a lighter proflie 20-22 upper for it, maybe in 6.5 crredmore. Probably not anytime soon, need to finish a couple other builds first.

Where I got my , he's got an 18" Mega barrel in stock now. Keep checking back, stock changes often here.
