AK12 Assault Rifle
I haven't seen this posted, but I may have missed it. This rifle seems interesting. Supposedly it will come in both 5.56 NATO and 7.62 NATO. I've also heard that is is a farce and will not be manufactured. Can anyone provide some info on this?

Google is your friend. By the way it's not an assault rifle. It's a modern sporting weapon. There is no way I am paying a grand for that thing. I can buy a cheap AR and a better AK for just a few dollars more.

I'm pretty sure the AK-12 is select fire and Russian military only.

Yep, multi-caiber select fire. The semi auto CIVILIAN version being released next year will be in .223 and 12 g.
