ACR or SCAR-H?

6.8 ACR or SCAR-H?

I don't know what you mean, but I think you are asking which I prefer and why. I would prefer the scar-h because it shoots a much bigger round; 7.62x51mm round where the ACR shoots a much harder to find 6.8 Remington special.

Agreed but just remember scar h mags are 20+1 rounds but im a fnh (and glock) guy. If u get the scar i recomend
Eotech holo with magnifier
Green laser
Surefire taclight 300 lumen
Grip/bipod scar type
Im not sure what their called but their are these things that go around thr mag and mag well that is like a secondary grip pretty cool

Bad deal with the FN17H is the Mags are really hard to get and are costly. but the Ammo. 7.62x51 can be bought at a fairly good price, not so sure about the 6.8 Ammo.

I would skip the green laser and the grip pod. Kinda like putting one of those huge import wings on a Farrari.

The grips are called Ranger Plates or Magpuls

x51 is the better choice. Like you said it's much easier to find and less expensive.

Like the others have said the SCAR H utilizes a much easier to find round the 7.62x51mm as compared to the 6.8x43mm. I have had the opportunity to handle a SCAR H/MK 17 (the military's designation for it) and it seemed very well built, fairly familiar compared to the M16/M4/AR15, and more mobile than the M14. One of my cousins is an Army Ranger and when he graduated from the Ranger School (or whatever it is called) I got the opportunity to handle his SCAR H/MK 17.
