Jon has been dealing with him. If he was an issue I'm sure it would be covered. Perhaps we are misunderstanding the question due to lack of context. His other posts have been harmless and just as vague.

A 338 Lapua magnum vs a .50 BMG vs said targets is like asking dump truck or a semi. You can only get so dead.

In a civilian setting, neither are needed and both are far beyond reasonable.

Now if your talking Playstation, I myself prefer the BMG, it seems to have an edge slightly, only takes two shots to kill rather than the three that others seem to need.

Well if we are getting into the ps3 games. I got an 870m head shot the other night with the L96 and a 12x scope. Lol man that other sniper was pissed!

Nice shot, my longest is only 372, got that with none other than the .338 M98B.

Hope that helps the OP, a Lapua magnum to the head is still effective at 372 meters. Now if only they had a .50 I could try that with.

Yeah, you need a 20X to be far enough away to counteract that scope glint/search light mounted on the front of your rifle.

They did that because people complain that they cant find the sniper's... Uh, yeah, aint that kind of the point.

Yeah it annoys the hell out of me. As if you can't spot the muzzle blast or follow the bullet trail anyway.

Agreed, I prefer being an engineer anyway.Been playing too much lately, at least its warm outside now.
