Default Video - Shooting TVM's Iron-Mounted flintlock PA Longrifle

We're shooting a classic American flintlock longrifle. This is a Pennsylvania rifle with an iron mounted York County style stock, built by Tennessee Valley Muzzleloading, A.K.A. TVM. The rifle is .50 caliber with a straight 7/8th of an inch by 42-inch long barrel.

LOL I don't think he's a reenactor, just immersing himself in the period to a point. I recommend it all. What great fun...

Think you should check my Gun A Week thread...

The frock looks a lot better in the video in bright sunlight than it does in person...smells better too...*LOL*

I'll be at Fort Frederick for Market Fair next month, if any of you are going, I camp on the hill by the big pine tree.

Imagine reloading in a heat of battle, enemy shooting at you, your friends dieing at your feet, wounded screaming...brrr...

Default Even Worse!

Imagine Redcoat reenactors who spent so much on their unit-specified regimentals that no matter how many times you fire over their heads they REFUSE to fall down and die!
