I am looking for someone that may know anything about this flintlock.

Possibly Indian (i.e India) or Arabian. Need to see a picture of the whole rifle.

Most likely is Indian Torador. It wasn't shoulder fired, the butt went under the arm. Flintlocks were used into the 20th century.
