Default Need help identifing this musket

I need help identifying this musket, I can't find any marks or writing anywhere on the gun. The barrel seems to be in good condition with fairly good riffling. I'm guessing it's a 69 caliber.

Any help with the identification and value of this musket is greatly appreciated.

Can you transcribe or get close up photos of any markings?
Barrel length, check with ramrod--IT IS UNLOADED, ISN'T IT!
But stock and trigger guard and hammer close ups.
I know where in Houston, Texas you could go for display and answers.
Local gun shows, local muzzle loading clubs, check around.
Good luck

It's not loaded, I have figured out it's an original Belgium musket. The government bought 54 thousand of them for the civil war, there doesn't seem to be many around in this good of condition as this one. I found one for sale for $2400 and one for $500.00 so I have no idea what the value is.

Any help on value is appreciated.

Thanks

You need to have someone look at it.
More than two, maybe more than three.
Any big gun shows nearby?
Reinactor groups?
Gun clubs with black powder folk?
It is a point of where you and what is nearby.

And I don't see any close up photos.

Just going from what I can see I'd say value would be around 600, maybe a little more.

I doubt it would be worth 2400 brand new in the original crate with provenance.
