how many volumetric grains are there in 1lb of black powder?
since the weight of black powder is weighed in pounds and ounces, but powder charges in guns is in volume grains, how many volume grains are in 1lb of black powder? I suspect it's not 7000 weight grains in a pound.
to specify, it's 2F powder.

I was saying since smokeless powder is weighed while blackpowder when loaded into a cartridge or gun is measured by volume, there might be a difference in the numbers. I wasn't sure so I needed to ask.
