has anyone got a good load for a snider 577 breech loader?505 grain lead conical bullet.

I don`t think you should try a moose with a .577 Snider...............

If it is BP, you don't need a load. Just fill the case to where the bullet just compresses the powder.. No scale needed.
Put a flat tip on the bullet you hunt with. Leave the pointy bullets for paper targets.
