Default Winchester 9422 Cherokee Commemorative Value?

Hi, I'm trying to place a value on this gun, it is un-fired in the original box. I've found a variety of prices online, but most are from forum posts of years past. Any help/appraisals would be appreciated.

These are the only pics I have.

Commemorative rifles are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them. Most are actually worth less than the original model of the rifle would be today.

Looking in a gun value's book,it shows that 3,950 of those rifles were produced in 1977,and evidently marketed in Canada by Winchester.
The issue price was $385,and the NIB value is $750.

It's a nice looking rifle,I'd hang onto it if you can.

Thanks, it's not mine, I'm determining whether to buy it.
