So I read a bunch of these posts and haven't seen either one of these. My Stevens 987 and a Daisy model 8. The Stevens is very accurate, I taught all 5 of my kids to shoot the Daisy.

I hate my phone.

I have four favorite at this time.. 10/22 custom, 77/22 custom, Henry with large lever (ranch style) and a MarkIII fully tricked out.. All Rugers.. My only Marlin was a 336C 30-30 and so very accurate

10/22's here, four of them. A takedown, two 22 lr and a 10/22 magnum. One of the lr is a mannlicher stocked international, the other is a heavy barrel custom bench gun.

My favorite rimfire is a Marlin Model 60. I have owned one for over 35 years. They are durable, accurate and easy to maintain. I doubt there is a semi auto 22 on the market that is more accurate out of the box than a Model 60. I have never done anything to my model 60 but clean it. My eyes are getting bad but in good lighting I can still cut the white tip off a match, just propped up on the side of a tree. Never needed a scope or any improvements, just the dovetail sights that came on it.

Savage mark II BTVS because of its supreme accuracy and comfort when firing.. Also a very attractive looking rim fire rifle.. In the great state of Pa it's illegal to use a semi auto for hunting so with the mark II being my ONLY rim fire with a bolt action.. It's my personal favorite

Gotta throw in my oldie-but goodie Savage-Stevens P24 in .22wmr/20 ga., it's a great little woods/survival gun.

Kart slided Colt 1911.........I was a squirrel killin' fool with that thing (my dad's gun).

I'm pretty tickled with my new to me 10/22 DSP with factory checkering (1967).

My Marlin 39A that I inherited from my dad. It shoots any type of ammo you care to run through it without any glitches and it's very accurate. That, and I just love lever actions. My Marlin 60 is next in line .
