Don't want to get too picture heavy so i'll just name the others.

Winchester 52C Heavy bull barrel (the really thick one)
BSA international Model 13
BSA 12/15
Another Greener from the 1920s
Browning trombone
Enfield large fram Martini made in 1879 (year of the battle of Rourke's Drift), converted to .22 by Greener in 1896.
Marlin 39A. My newest acquisition that I'm growing to love.
A couple of ruger 10/22s for competitions and the occasional night sight bunny hunting forays.
A CZ Style. Simply the best ever workhorse .22.
Man I love martini rifles love em, love em, love em. I first shot one when I was 13. The kick form those .577's felt like more than a 12 gauge. I have shot a few .22 martinis and the experiences were much more enjoyable.

Default Favorite .22?

A new SW 15-22 AR. An absolute blast to shoot. Great sights and even more fun with a scope. 25 round stock mag lets you blast away with abandon.

Favorite rimfire pistol? I have two, an old Colt Huntsman for a semi auto and a .22 Colt New Frontier single action

Savage MKII TR. It will shoot dimes at 100 yards consistently.

Nice FP-45 Liberator you have in your Avatar! Do you own one, or is it just a Web Pic? Thanks!

Cheers!

Don't own one but I thought it would make a cool avatar. A couple of years ago someone saw it and asked the same question. After some discussion he said he had one in the original packaging, but no bullets of that period. I happened to have several .45 ACP rounds with the correct date head stamp (I think it was 43) and let him have enough to complete the original issue.

A company makes a reproduction liberator. It has a very authentic looking box, manual and other do-dads. The only major difference between the remake and the original is that the remake is rifled and has a serial#. I'm not sure of the name of name of the company at the moment. I don't know about getting one. Shooting a 5.5 inch long, 16 oz .45 doesn't seem to be a "fun trip to the range" but they sure are cool.

Thanks for the info, Redsho & Rusty!

A few weeks ago, I saw a Cajun Pawn Stars episode (I watch the Gun ones.....), where a guy came in to sell his, and he had 6 Rounds of the Original 45ACP with it. He was asking $100. Jimmy called in his Gun Guy, and it was appraised at $3K. After haggling back and forth, the guy ended up accepting $1,300 for it. A LOT better than $100 any day!

Ok OP..... my apologies for getting Off-Topic! Getting back On-Topic..... Several pages back, I posted pics of my S&W M&P 15-22 and my Sig-522. I purchased a GSG-522 a few months back, and REALLY like it as a shooter! It's a Clone of the H&K MP5.

A few questions for you GSG (German Sport Guns) Fans: How is the GSG AK-47 22LR Model? Worth buying? I can get the Wood Stock Version for $371 OTD with Tax & Fees included, and I think that's a pretty good deal. Any Pros/Cons I need to be aware of?

Thanks for any info!

Cheers!

BB
