I don't have any personal experience with them, but there are mixed reviews on amazon.com. As a general rule, with most bargain-basement scopes you usually get what you pay for. There are some exceptions, of course, but it can be a roll of the dice...
A friend has a BSA Sweet-22 on his rifle & really likes it. It is a LOT more scope than the TruGlo for the same money. http://www.natchezss.com/product.cfm?contentID=productDetail&prodID=OS22618 X40AO&src=tpCtg |
most rimfires can get buy with cheaper scopes because of the lack of recoil nad most people usually dont get beyond 100 yards with them. i use a $40 Simmons 3-9x40 on my Marlin M60 and it works just fine.

I like the size (8" length").....I think you would like at least a 3x9 magnification over the scope's 4x mag.
Look in the Walmart Site in Sporting>Hunting>Rifle scopes.......I bought the NcStar Compact Rubber Tactical Sniper 3-9x42 for $77 plus about $10 shipping to my house....It took 5 days for my order to arrive..................They have a large assortment of scopes and other gun accessories at very good prices....................I never expected Wally world to offer such a large selection of hunting and gun items and at great prices......I buy all my ammo there. |
