Default Took the Henry H001 out for first time...

...and what a surprise.

There were a couple of other .22's in our group (including a Marlin 60).

The Henry was a hit with everyone. Upon emptying the tube magazine, my nephew grinned and said he wants one. He already has a pretty nice collection but lacks a lever action. In short, everyone enjoyed handling/shooting this rifle.

The Henry was smooth beyond expectation. I realize I may be exaggeration a bit when I say this, but the Henry seemed to have no more recoil than the Daisy BB gun I had as kid.

The lever action was smooth as silk. Lever action may seem antiquated and out dated to some, but I enjoyed it.

And for me, enjoying something is the gold standard.

Sounds like a mighty fine rifle. I wouldn't mind having one, myself.

The Henry lever actions are awesome rifles and the action is butter smooth. I bought one couple months back and love it.

You definately should get one WOC, they're light, easy to handle and fairly cheap.

Here's my Lever Carbine

Default Henry .22

They are awesome, along with my Marlin 60. Two different awesome actions. Cliff!

I also have a Henry, it's a great gun, with a great company that stands behind their products.
