It's a Marlin .22, possibly a model 25. However, the upper tube is a mystery to me.

Marlin has made (and continues to make) animal tranquilizer guns. We use Marlins, but they do not look like this. Possibly an early version?

Good possible, Robo. They made the 25N rifle with a 193 dart barrel mounted above.

Micro pistols always hold my interest for obvious reasons. The palm pistol is the one of the few micro pistol I have seen that made me think "why did they even bother making it?"
