Squirrels are tender little creatures. Taste like? I don't know if I can compare. But 5 squirrels in a crockpot with potatoes, celery, carrots and some garlic has been a favorite of mine.

I really like squirrel hunting and cooking them I use a Remington 597 as my squirrel gun. I also collect their tails

I prefer making them into Stew, I've also converted the few people who swore they wouldnt eat squirrel into asking me if I have any left lol.
