Was going to go out this weekend but rained both days in southern Indiana. Oh well maybe two weeks when I get home again

Opening morning. Just one.

And a few from the next 3 weekends.

Cooked up some sausage biscuits for us in the woods before we left on the last hunt. He loved it.

Today was the last day of squirrel season. While I was skinning it my hands where covered in lice. My dad wanted to leave it. Would it be alright to eat it? I assume lice only live on in the fur.

No squirrel season here. So I shoot squirrels while other game is closed. Mostly out of the hedge trees in my yard or when I'm cutting wood. Just bought a new 10/22. Pretty excited about it. I used to carry a savage model 101 while out and about. Its put plenty of squirrels in my crock pot.

I can't think of anything to compare them too. They make delicious gravy.
