Im with Anna. The 08 shortage caught me without a good amount of ammo on hand for all my guns. I was ready this time. I have been stockpiling and reloading since. I have a good amount for each gun and upwards of 5000rds of 22lr.

Yeah I was completely caught off guard and its biting me in the butt so now I've had to go an hour and a half out of town to shoot my bigger guns and its kind of a pain, but what specific kind of 22 do you use?

Me? I use a CZ455lux bolt action, a Browning Buckmark semi-auto, a Smith 617 revolver, and an AMT lightning rifle(10/22)

Ask it and if you get no calls after a few weeks you can always drop it down a bit.

Used the PBA pellets and it's as loud or louder than a .22 rifle (no chit!) I put it away for awhile after I fired it on my residential backyard. Didn't want the neighbors reporting gunshots you know the lead pellets are nice and quiet. I guess the PBA's break the sound barrier. Holy chit!

After dialing in the scope I was hitting bottle caps taped to a cardboard box at 25 yards consistently. Good times

.22 is pretty easily found if you just look. I saw several people orders 1325 rounds from Midway last week. The Federal 325 pack was on sale for $14.99, limit 1. Then they had a 1000 round brick as well. Total with shipping was like $73......little over a nickel a round.

Is that a Co2 powered rifle? I've been looking into a air rifle for plinking for the same reason . I saw a 100.00 ruger that looks like a 10/22 and the reviews seem to be very decent .
