The only semiautomatic .22 rifles I've shot were tube fed and they're plenty accurate but my Remington Speedmaster doesn't like some rounds.

Take a look at the new Ruger American..it's a bolt action that uses 10/22 mags. Just picked up the compact version for my daughter.

have to stay off this dam forum , had to go buy a Beretta ARX 160 thanks to the people on here , pulled it out of the box and ran 60 rounds through it at the gun club I belong to , a pin shoot today , awesome gun , shot my other 2 also and they all ran great , even with old lead ammo , but on the bright side Gander mountain let me buy 1000 rounds of cci 22s with it . my wife thougt my Harley was a bad habit . but I just keep buying the same type of cases , walk out with 2 . back in with 3 and she never even notices , well I may keep reading just to keep up on things , oh yea might be my new favorite

Sorry, I was the one that posted the ARX. It's a really nice gun though. Don't know if you cleaned it yet but it's the simplest gun to clean I've ever owned.

Looks awesome! I wish I could find .22 in that quantity. My lgs has 500 round boxes of thunderbolts for somewhere around $58 dollars. That's way to much for such crappy ammo.
