I am Havering problems cambering rounds

I thank it is a feeding problem but I am not sure I don't know any thing about the rifle

What exactly is it doing? Not doing?
Is the bolt not picking up the round, or is it not feeding into the chamber?

Used I got it off of a friend. For $75

Also, are you having any pressure on the mag while it's trying to cycle? Like, testing your hand against it? And is it happening with both mags?

Just one that I can tell I have had a chance to shoot in a few days so I can't reply discribe the problem to well

The first thing you'll want to do is clean it. Because of the way it's made, many people are intimidated by taking it apart. Have you completely stripped it down and cleaned the hell out of it?
