My new MBUS sights came in today. They're the PTS sights, seem ok. I'll be putting them to the test in the am.

Well it took quite a bit of adjustment to get the elevation right. A little too much I think. It was shooting WAY high.

That doesn't look right. Mine shot just fine with a few twists. Not that much. That looks like its about to fall out.

Yeah it's a little much. I read some people had the same problem and put a riser under the front sight. If I'm gonna go through all that ill just spend the money and buy the Magpul USA sights.

Wow, mine didn't do that, I didn't have to move the front sight at all.

Well I got the gen 1 version, is that the same ones you got? Just got my scope in today and the rear sight is just a hair too high for it to fit over. I've heard the gen 2 are more low profile so I might try them. Thoughts?

I installed my Magpul vertical grip. I made sure and got the USA made stuff, they aren't too much more than the china stuff. Paid $22 shipped off eBay.

Yea, as far as verticle grips and pistol grips go, might as well get the good stuff, but like stocks and sights, they're just too much cash to put on a plinker... In my opinion anyway

Mine are gen 1, but I just got a cheap rail riser to put in front of the rear sight. Makes the eye level a lot more comrortable for me

I might go with a riser. It does sit a little low for me.
