I can't find that specific model, but the "tactical" 10/22s on Ruger's site that have flash suppressors have screw-on flash suppressors. It's a different part number from the SR-556 flash supressor.

The model you are looking at is a private company edition. They buy the barreled actions from Ruger and build their own models. Usually special stocks.

My understanding is that TALO has the subject company put the package together, whether Ruger or Colt or Walther or Henry or... If you order 500 of a "special" configuration, methinks Ruger will be very willing to put a special together for you. Most of us can't afford 500, so we let TALO do it for us.

The flash suppressor is a screw on.
