I had two back ordered since before xmas at midway. They just came in today, $21.99 each. Midway at least is honoring the back order prices. Good company.

They are still listed as out of stock so i guess they are just filling the back orders still. Your right it wasn't this bad in 2008...

SOOOOOLD!!! Man! That auction ended with 21 Bids, and Sold for $173.50! The Seller started the Bidding at $.01! You KNOW, they're a Happy Camper right now!

Cheers!

Well, if I were to list them starting at $50 Each, then I'd definitely feel like I was "Price Gouging", big time! However, if I started the Bidding at $.01 with No Reserve, like the Seller did above, then I wouldn't feel bad at all.

I Sell on EBAY at times, and have 100% Positive Feedback, with 628 Buys/Sells since '99. It's because I'm a Fair Seller & Shipper, keeping my items at Market Price, and sometimes below.

Some folks that Bid..... on ANY Auction, be it EBAY, Gun Broker, etc... sometimes let the Challenge of Bidding against someone else, go a bit overboard. After awhile, the Goal seems to change from GETTING THE ITEM... to... BEATING THE COMPETITION!

Afterwards, however, when the adreneline fades, the Winning Bidder does a V8 Head-Slap, and says, "Did I really just pay that much for those"???

So, don't feel bad if you do Sell them at a crazy price, as long as you're fair about the Opening Bid Price.

Best of Luck!

Cheers!

On 1-26-12 I looked for Mags for my 10/22s and my S&W M&P pistols.
At X.com, I was able to get 2 M&P 17-Rd Mags in 9mm ($33.95) that I've already received.
I also back-ordered 2 M&P 15-Rd Mags for my 357 SIG ($33.95) and 2 Ruger BX-25s ($21.95). No news yet.

At X2.com I back-ordered 2 Ruger BX-25s. No news from them.

At X3.com the Ruger BX-25 said no Back-order. But I signed-up for email when BX-25x2 (50 Rd) ($65.95) came in.

Today I was reading an email when I saw I had a new e-mail and went to it and it was from X3.com saying that they had the BX-25x2. I clicked their link and there were 2 in my cart already to "Check Out." So I finalized the Check Out.
I immediately went back and put 2 more in my cart and Checked Out.
I thought of trying to get 2 more but thought they would balk so I called my daughter to buy 2 but by the time I navigated her to the page they were all gone.

To make sure everything was cool I went to my Bank Site and saw that the transactions were processing.

It will just take a little time since Nobama gave his spew of lies today, and a little patience cause everybody is hording now.

As far as Ammo is concerned, GOOD LUCK.
I just started shooting again in 2010 after not having any guns in 20 years.
I started with a little NAA Mini-revolver for fun and SD, then got a 10/22 and started serious target.
Then a CZ542 and another 10/22 and a 22/45.
While I was serious about target, shooting 200-300 rounds a day, I tried a lot of brands and now have accumulated 20,000 rounds.

For the 10/22s, I have 10 10 Rd Mags and the 4 50s on the way.
The 22/45 has 2 10 Rd Mags.
The CZ has 2 10 Rd & 1 5 Rd Mags.

Then after Nobama got elected in Nov. I bought my 2 M&P compacts with 7 Mags and have about 500 rounds for them.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not Prepin' for anything.
When I want to shoot, I can sit and drink a beer and load all of the Mags and the next day I can shoot til I want to quit without having to fiddle around loading.
