Try gunbroker.com. Many people buy a Ruger 10/22 and immediately begin pimping it with new parts. Barrels are usually some of the first things to go, followed shortly by the factory stocks.

Guns - Online Gun Auction - Guns at GunBroker.com I found 2 new (or close to it) barrels for 35$ each and more new takeoffs for 40$. Look for rifle parts, click on barrels,type in 10/22 in the search box and click search.
