Just a word of caution when disassembling those Nylons. When you pull the frame out of the stock, the ejector is a small metal piece that fits on the left side of the frame. There is nothing holding it in place but the stock. When pulling the frame out of the stock, it's really easy for the ejector to fall off without you noticing it. When you reassemble the gun, the ejector is missing and, needless to say, the gun won't work. Just something to be aware of.
i like E6000 for just about anything i need to glue. 12 years ago i used it to reglue an emblem that broke off one of my motorcycles & even after 12 years of weather & vibration it's still on there good & tight.
you should be able to find it at most hardware stores

It might be a waste of time, but contact Remmington and see if they will replace it.
When they came out it the "nylon" models were sold with and "unbreakable" stock and lifetime warranty.
If I remember, they were the 1st with ad's showing a gun run over by a truck (print not TV).
It would be worth a shot to contact Remington. My dealer and I were chatting about the nyon 66. He told me remington had a master mold issue for the stocks that lead to the decision to discontinue them. Not %100 sure thats the truth tho. Just a heads up.
Thanks guys; I'll definitely get in touch with Remington. My father bought this rifle for me back in the '70's, and its had a lot of use; I'm going to get it fixed and give it to my son; he is afterall the one who broke the stock in the first place.
