Sorry I can't help you with the 40-X but noticed you are wanting to sell your 52d? They are both fine rifles and I was just wondering why you want to make the switch?

I've got 2 40-X's myself (1 USMC std bbl and 1 US HB) and wouldn't trade them for the world so I understand the appeal. Just curious about the move from the Winchester....

hello, highpower i have a civilian 40x and had 2 52d i sold one toget this 40x and i just like it better, they are very close they will both shoot the same i think but eseir to get parts on 40x and trigars, but the gun is harder to find than the 52d.

Yeah I'll agree that the guns are harder to find, but so are the bolts for them since the CMP fiasco a couple years ago. I saw bolts (sans gun) selling on e-Pay for $400.00!

Don't know that you could even find parts for them now. And if you DO find them... let me know WHERE!
