I think most likely its a Marlin model 80. but if its not I'm thinking that is a Mossberg M144. I could be wrong. Maybe post some more pics. What does the safety look like? Do you have a broken magazine you could post pics of?

It looks like a Marlin 80 but it maybe says Sears on the barrel but its the same thing Marlin made a lot of rifles for Sears

I could make a list of a bunch of guns i have, or "have", or wish I had. Why would one feel compelled to provide that infornation freely? Do you feel the need to show off? Is it some immature game of oneupsmanship?

Marlin. Mossberg is quite different.
The old Marlins used several different trigger guard styles, depending on the years it was made.
