I actually use auction sites to find guns near me.
Gunbroker has a state by state listing...so you can see what's available near you.
And quite often, when you are in person and have Cash, you can haggle a better price for the gun you want.
Most gun dealers would rather do an on-site sale than an online one...less hassle & saves them time & effort.
I also scour the local papers, the Shopper, the Thrifty Nickel...stuff like that.
I've found some AWESOME deals out there!!
I have a list of every gun I want/need...and several decades worth of Gun Trader Guides (different guns each year) that go everywhere with me.
Check prices with your laptop if ya don't already know 'em by heart so you don't get the shaft.
If you want great deals, you have to do the research...
it also helps to have a background in sales, makes hagglin a LOT easier when you can read the person
