Not all bolt guns..... guns using a mauser style non rotating bolt with a rotating collar (such as my Brno mod 2,and Cz 452s,) dont turn the case before extracting. but i've never had one of these fail to extract on me, except a mates Stirling (mod 14?) but that was due to not being cleaned in a VERY long time. Not bagging the theory though, could be right, just adding my 2 bits. let us know when you figure out the problem.
