DefaultNew Rifle! Been a while...

Hey guys
its been a while since i posted anything
been busy with school
any who this is the newest edition to my little collection

GSG-5 .22LR

a few reasons i got it:
1. wanted a .22 but not something like a 10/22
2. wanted something cheap to shoot (who doesnt? )
3. wanted something that would stand out

got it over the summer for around $477 at a gun show
bought a box of 500 rounds for $24 and just had fun unloading it at the range
its just a fun little gun
not nearly as accurate as a scoped 10/22 or as cheap but i love it
put a cheap aimpoint clone on it and it works great!
no problems after a few hundred rounds
i would post some target pics but nothing really noteworthy
just a overall fun gun to shoot if you can spare $500 for a .22

They are an extremely popular rifle these days. I know some folks that have them, and they love 'em. Enjoy that rascal.

alright decided to post some pictures
@ 25 yards with aimpoint clone
the darn target kept on wobbling a bit and i couldn't stop it
thats why the groupings are kinda slanted weird
the second pictures is of the aimpoint clone
so far its perfectly fine

I am getting groups just a hair over one inch at 75 yards with mine from the bench. I am using a Center Point red dot and cheap ammo. I am more than happy with the accuracy and the performance of it. Not one hiccup and I have ran well over 1000 rounds through mine.

I always wanted a nice match grade .22 so I bought one of the Kimber 82s at the CMP store early on this year and I love it.

Awesome! Yet another addition to the very happy GSG-5 family! Congrats on a great purchase and what looks like some excellent results!
