ITS DEF

But it want be cheap!! I have seen the m249 stocks for the 10/22's & they run around 600bucks

I have the MG-42 10/22 stock with one of my rugers in it..it is still pretty cool, but i could have bought another 10/22 @ the time, for the same price.

But like ''JP'' said if you could buy the airsoft guns cheap,& make 10/22s,marlins,ect. fit in them.there is definitely a market for 'em

FYI, the Marlin 795 is 1/2" less wide than the 1022, so it fits in a greater array of stocks
It also helps that the 795 usually cost around $129...
The only thing you need is the will to tinker

i got my M249 stock for $100 used. i had to cut the right of the receiver to make my 10/22 fit. also the pistol grip needs a custom bracket.

ya marlins will fit in all of these stocks because its only 1 inch wide.

I noticed some empty. Do you just switch them out for what your in the mood for?

Definitely giving me some ideas on mods for my
10/22. Having problems finding the bare stocks though
thanks. yes i only have four .22's to work with.

two 10/22
marlin 795
marlin XT22 bolt action
savage MK II bolt action

at the moment ive just been collecting all the stocks i need for gutting, then ill buy more .22's to fill up each stock so i dont have to interchange anymore

just find broken or used airsoft stocks on craigslist. you dont need internals anyways. just the external shell

i just have a dremel, epoxy putty, plexiglass, and nuts/bolts

just buy broken or used airsoft stocks on craigslist, and dremel away til your 22 fits inside.

plastic is easier to work with

metal is harder to cut. takes longer but its worth it.

the bullpups are trickier because you have to figure out how to create a trigger linkage
