yes theyre gutted airsoft shells. i can drop in a 10/22 or a Marlin 795 depending on the stock.

latest one im working on is the bolt action .22 Marlin XT-22 that will drop into the M200 Cheytac, Barrett M99 and L96

majority of the time its easy with plastic stocks. theyre easier to cut

the only hard ones to do is when youre dealing with metal or bullpups (due to creating a trigger linkage)

Take the pictures down and find out who makes the stocks. You'll retire very early! Get an agreement w/ the manufacture(s) and get a patent.

Be careful the serial number by law cannot be covered up.
