Default MP5 A5 - Fun in a box!

Just picked up one of these:

MP5 A5 - Fun in a box! - .22 Rifle/Rimfire Discussion

Let me tell you. . . this is an amazing weapon. Accurate as hell. Zero noticable recoil. 25 round mag dumps in tight little groups at 25 yards.

I'm actually using it as my HD option right now until I get something else.

I can't recommend it highly enough!

Is that the .22? They are surprisingly heavy.

Sadly Illinois limits what I'm allowed to have. Who makes that one?

There is somebody making MP5 clones in 9mm that actually come complete with the full auto (though non-functional) selector switch. Love to have one of those. . . but they run about $2,800. Which is more than I'm really prepared to spend.

They test them with the full auto active, and then swap out the internals before they ship.

Here's my poor man's MP5, except it's real. M11/9 with Lage accessories.

Suppressed, subsonic 147 gr.'s are pretty quiet. I polished the feed ramp so it'll feed 147 gr. HP's too. It's legal to hunt with a FA in GA.

I have a .22 conversion kit for it also.

Default Dreadnaught ...I dont care

Don't care what anyone says..you got yourself a COOL gun there...

I have a S&W M&P 15 AR Sport in .223 ..but have been thinking of getting the .22 model...very cool to shoot .22 ...no recoil...just plink plink plink...

I think I like yours better though...compact and different than my AR...did it come with that suppressor ?

You need to get some of these...have some real fun...

Nice. Cobray still makes the Base M-11 and Desert fox outfitters Down in Phoenix makes them with add ons , so does Masterpice Arms,... I'd like a Box gun to go between my 9MM AR and my 9MM Handguns, but the Mags are like $40 each,..
Which C-More is that??(I have one on one of my Gold Cups).....So I'm "Compromising" with either a Hi-Point carbine in 9, or a Kel-Tec Sub 2K in 9...
