I think it is Freedom Group, a division of Cerberus Capital Management.

Also, I think if you will check, they don't own ALL American made gun companies. They do own a bunch of them, though.

Your right they dont. But they do own enough of em to make certain we will still have guns made here

The biggest change to marlin happened after the freedom group bought them out. Remington, also part of the freedom group has had the same problems with quality since being owned by the freedom group.
