Would be devestating on prairie dogs at 100-200 yds. If you want a .22 autoloader, go with the Ruger 10-22, altho I am enamored of older Mossberg .22s.
im not looking for anything with outstanding accuracy, im not expecting to get dime sized groups at 100 yards. if i could hit rabbit sized targets at 50-100 yards id be happy. im looking at tactical 22's mainly for the fun factor. if i had to get two different 22's one for fun and one for targets i would.
id definitely be interested in something that shoots 22 mag, 17 HMR or similar as a second gun.
