Do your homework on the survivalist - great history but some horror stories as well. Yet, some .22's are finicky and extremely sensative to ammo choices. (I'm talking teenage female level sensative - )

Love the concept though.

My H001 is my "go to" gun. Also have a golden boy .22 mag that is a nail driver. I'm a rimfire junky and my Henry is my fave.

And will also shoot any .22 shell you give it. s/l/lr and specialty rounds. Can't go wrong
